10/12/2018 1 Comment Pupil Free Day/No School A soon-to-be-coming Friday (November 2, 2018) is no-school day! Hooray! This day is a staff development day. Please note that this is the day after Parent-Teacher Conferences, and two days after Jog-o-thon. This means that there will be no school from 10/1/18 to 10/4/10. Anyways, have fun and enjoy this extra long weekend. Make sure you still do your homework, though. The end of the quarter is coming up. o_o
10/12/2018 0 Comments Parent Teacher Conferences Parents, teachers, and students: this concerns you! Parent-teacher conferences will be held on November 1st, during the day. This means that regular classes for students will not be in session. Put simply, No School! However, dear parents, you are welcome to come to the JMS Gym and discuss matters with the teachers. You can talk about whatever parents usually talk about with teachers. I wouldn’t know. I’m not a parent nor a teacher.
Please note that November 1st is the day after Jog-A-thon. 10/12/2018 0 Comments Jog-A-Thon Jog-A-thon! Wednesday, October 31st! Yes, this year’s jog-A-thon is coming up, so make sure to turn in your fundraiser packets and get those *totally amazing* prizes in return. Of course, you will be jogging at the jog-A-thon, but if you can’t/don't want to for some reason, you can always just walk. It’s going to be a minimum day, with dismissal at 12:00 noon.
10/3/2018 0 Comments Karaoke Night (10/5/18)This Friday, on October 5, is this year’s karaoke night! If you bought tickets from a music student, you can come to see people sing and maybe even sing yourself. Don’t forget to come! Tickets are $5 each, but remember that this money is used to fund the JMS music department. Although it is a bit late to buy tickets, you can still probably ask a music teacher/student near you if you are interested.
